My First time in a kart was for my 10th birthday at red lodge karting that was in 2006. I went with a few friends and was quicker than all of them, that’s when we decided to take karting further. We carried on doing arrive and drive karting at Red Lodge monthly. Then we found out about a karting club held at Red Lodge called Topkatz, it helped me progress very quickly and soon I was ready to take part in the endurance race after the training had finished. After seeing I was making good progress my parents decided to buy me a kart for my 12th birthday unfortunately not knowing much about what kart to buy we bought a 200cc kart which wasn’t fit to race. Luckily we found rye house kart shop on the internet were we purchased a Minimax kart , this was a big step up from the karts I had been driving before.

 

We planned to race in the Red Lodge owner driver championship called club 2000 but we didn’t know how to run the kart, luckily my mum got speaking to Bob Jiggings who ran the kart with his boys. We made good progress over the year and finished 6th in my first year. For 2010 we switched teams to Aidan Horne and his Dad racing at red lodge Kimbolton and Ellough Park. It was really good year where I took my first win with a few fastest laps and finished 2nd in the championship at Red Lodge and won the most improved driver of the year. I also made good progress at Ellough Park where I took a few wins. I also did well at Kimbolton where I consistently finished mid pack.

 

In 2011 we decided to make a big step up to cars and into the Saxmax championship with Westbourne Motorsport. In my first year a took a podium and a fastest lap in my first year and also won the Rookie Award. In 2012 I stepped up into the fiesta junior championship where i took 10 wins and won the championship. In 2013 i stepped up again into the fiesta senior class c championship, i managed to take a few top 5 finishes which was a sucess in such a competitive championship with grids of 30 plus cars.

 

This year again I contest the fiesta championship where i look to challenge for podiums and race win. I have already taken 2 podiums despite beging one of the yougest drivers on the grid,
