The first ever rounds of the Ford Fiesta Championship started at Silverstone. The weather condition were very trick as there was intermittent rain.

Race 1

Earlier in the day i had qualified pole with Louis Millar in second and Freddie Lee in third. unforchantly i stalled on the line and all the cars got past, on the second corner of the first lap 3 cars came together and went in the gravel and caused a safety car. During the safety car period it started raining while we was on dry tires, this made the track condition very difficult for every one. After the restart  i was in Forth but coming into the second corner another car spun and i was up to 3rd. then i was challenging for second and coming up to brooklands James Ross half spun and i had to go off the track to avoid him but still held second. There wasn”t very many laps left to catch up too the leader Freddie Lee. i managed to catch up but not enough and finished just 0.6 second behind Freddie.

Race 2

In race two I starting from where i finished the first race in second with Freddie starting pole. I got a better start than the first race and held second. Coming up to the second thrid corner i was right behind Freddie and made a move i got past and held the position out of the corner. From then on i was able to build up a lead of 9 seconds to Jack Mitchell in the car behind me, taking my first win in cars.
